A revamp of old and outdated signage to give the facility maps new life in the CU Denver Wellness Center.

Project Overview
Client: University of Colorado Denver — Student Wellness Center
Tools: Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
Timeline: 1 Month
My Role: Lead Designer
The senior marketing coordinator asked me to design new signage to direct patrons around the CU Denver Wellness Center, since the old ones were outdated and unappealing.
I used Adobe Illustrator to create vectors of the floorplans, making sure to update with any renovations that had taken place recently. I then extrapolated the walls and any other features to inform viewers of the important features within the building. I finished my designs with textures to differentiate between different areas, highlighting student-specific areas.
After creating the visuals, I created original copy about the most important areas. The text had to be short and and to the point while maintaining a friendly tone.

These signs are now present in the Student Wellness Center, guiding students and community members alike exactly where they need to go.
