GVC Real Estate offered me a design challenge of creating a flyer for a home in New Jersey. The design had to follow all branding and style guidelines while still being visually appealing and easy to read. I chose an eye catching font placement that interacts with the landscape, and a design on the back that is reminiscent of the GVC logo while showing off the highlights of the home.
